FUND RAISER! On the first Sunday of every month at 1:00 p.m. at the studio, The Humane Society and Perfect Harmony Fitness present Paw-fect Harmony Downward Dog Yoga for $10. One hundred percent of the money raised goes to The Guardian Angel Fund. This fund is used for emergency services for sick or injured animals. This will be a monthly class.

We offer a variety of small group, one-on-one Private Yoga or Core Strength Training classes. One-time or ongoing team building through fitness for your organization - call for details, pricing, and scheduling.

Our mission is to help you, the client, obtain your personal fitness goals by providing safe, effective group fitness classes in a community setting.

Our objective is to continually grow to serve you. By providing information, inspiration, compassion, commitment, humor and fun, to each class, we hope to inspire you to workout on a regular basis, with us.
