This active, fun, interesting, educational, informational, safe and challenging class, exceeds (in a good way!) the recommendations by The American College of Sports Medicine for muscle strength and endurance in healthy women ages 18-65, done twice weekly.

It is jammed packed with awesome, fun moves, done with a variety of props. We use weights, bands, stability balls, (and more!), plus our body's own resistence to produce a one of a kind experience! Anyone from a novice to a seasoned athlete can benefit from this all-over body workout. Modifications are shown for each move. This 45-minute class flies by to a fantastic playlist every time for a great fitness experience. For many years, Alice has choreographed Pilates and strength/cardio moves to your favorite songs - so request away! Our business pays royalties to be able to use many types of music. Lift your mood while you strengthen your body!
