This class is a Trauma Informed-Evidence Based very gentle yoga class.

Alice has extensive training in this type of yoga. 


With focus on the breath and a series of gentle movements, and dim soothing salt lamps, the atmosphere of safety is perfect, to truly relax.


This class offers an opportunity to release stress in the body. 

I will help you to learn the mind, body, breath connection mindfully and safely. The tools learned in this class, can be taken off the mat and into your life.
