Mindfulness Meditation & Guided Imagery Relaxation Meditation

Alice has been practicing meditation since 1981, when she discovered the book "Be Here Now" by Ram Dass.

 

Inspired by the teachings of Ram Dass, Pema Chödrön, Mikao Usui, Louise Hay, Sharon Salzburg, Mister Rogers, her long time friend Midge The Librarian, and her mother of the heart - retired nutritionist Laurie Stearns, Alice has been practicing for 35 years.

 

Alice's formal training has been with YogaFit Training Systems.  She has also attended seminars and retreats all over the country, learning many meditation techniques.

 

Combining all of these experiences, Alice has developed her own twofold program.

 

The Art and Science of Mindfulness Meditation and

Life Enhancing Creative & Positive Visualization Affirmation Meditation.

 

Alice takes a practical approach so either or both practices can be incorporated into daily life.

 

Alice regularly writes meditation scripts for her colleagues and clients to use at home or in their own practices, in both positive affirmation and guided visualization meditation.

 

Alice offers a variety of workshops and regular sessions in her studio, or at your facility. One-on-one, small groups, or large groups are welcome.
